Before you Buy

We at Brain dead fursuits do not condone or support any acts of homophobia, transphobia, racism, pedophilia, zoophilia, or any other acts which advocate for the violation/denial of human or animal rights. Should it be found that anyone who interacts with the company has these views, consequences will follow, including (but not limited to) recindment of warranty, removal from socials and any form of contact that we control, and a blacklist from purchasing from us further. Should it be found out you attempted to evade any sort of block/blacklist from the company, your place on the blacklist will be posted publically, as well as any proof that the company may have. You however, may attempt to appeal via our email, but this will not assure that you will be taken off the private or public blacklist.

Commisions/Payment Plans

BDF does not currently support commisions, and only works on premades.

Payment plans may be discussed. 30% (or more, if offered by buyer) downpayment is required, and then monthly payments follows after to pay for it. If several people offer for the suit, the one who offers to pay it off fully at once will be favored over payment plans, and whoever has a shorter payment plan offer (such as 4-months) will be favored over someone who has a longer payment plan offer (such as 6 months). After downpayment, the suit will be shipped to the buyer. The buyer agrees that they will continue payments even after it is in their possesion, and if a problem or emergency arises, they must communicate with the company about it. The buyer understands that if they do not keep up with payments, and/or refuse or cut off communication with the company before suit is fully paid off, consequences will occur, including (but not limited to) public blacklist, and in extreme cases, legal action may occur. The suit's warranty/refund policy is only valid BEFORE the first monthly payment, with exceptions in the 'Quality Disclaimer/Refund Policy' section still applying.

Quality Disclaimer/Refund Policy

The suits produced by the BDF company are offically marked as medium quality. There may be problems that occur while in shipping due to rough handling from the shipping company itself. If you believe that there is a mistake, such as a rip or tear, please contact us privately as soon as you get the suit and provide details of how you found the suit and attach photos, and we will attempt to resolve the issue, which would range from a free return so that we may fix it, or a partial to full refund. Should the damage of the suit be visibly caused by the buyer, and not at the fault of the company or shipping/handling, free repairs will still apply within the first 30 days, but a refund may not be applicable.

After product is officially marked as delivered, customers have 30 days to request a full refund for most any reason that involves the dissatisfaction of the buyer. As stated above, this warranty may be recinded. We at BDF do not attempt to shame or control what happens to our suits, as we believe it's the buyers full right to do what they want with their product, but the warranty may also be recinded should the suit be contaiminated with things such as feces, urine, semen, bile, or blood, and may also be recinded should the suit have been worn while smoking any substance or drinking alcohol, or purposefully and majorly damaging/altering (such as the foam being torn/altered, the fur being taken off, etc) the suit

Product will be refunded once it returns back to hands of the company. After examination, if the company finds that any above terms have been broken, the refund/warranty will not be valid. suit will either be returnt to buyer for free (with the exception of possible international fees), or kept by company if the buyer requests and consents to it.

Shipping/International Laws

Shipping is not included within the advertised price, and will be added on afterwards. International shipping is avaliable, but any fees that may follow because of it must be handled by the buyer. After product is purchased, buyer will be given a tracking number. We will have accsess to this tracking number as well, but if you could, please contact us when you find out it has been delivered, just to make things easier for us.

Allergies

Please let us know if you have any allergies to anything that may be in the suit. It will also be known that the suits are exposed to both cat and dogs, so if you are allergic to any of those, it may be wise to choose a different suiter.

Suit Repairs

After warranty has expired, you may request suit repairs for a small fee. If you would like a repair, contact us with details and photos so that we may assess what is to be done (Prices vary based on shipping, possible international fees, damage, and any materials used to repair it). Please note that you may not be eligible for any suit repairs if you are blacklisted.

Refusals and Privacy

Brain Dead Fursuits reserves the right to refuse any customer or request for any reason. The company holds all images and photos that they have produced before and after transaction applicable to free use by the company for things such as advertisement, examples, etc. If the customer chooses to have the work be recinded from public eye of any company website, they must specifically request it from the company. Requesting to recind permissions of public use does not guarantee that the images will not be used privately between members of the company or whomever may have accsess to any private archives the company may have, such as officially affiliated third party, for reasons such as practice, roadmap discussion, etc. Additionally, we retain the right to use the personal information you provide us to ensure you are not violating our terms. This may include, but is not limited to, reviewing your social media pages and comparing details to the blacklist. Appropriate action will be taken if we find something against our policy. None of your personal information will be publicized or given to any third partys (affiliated or not) aside from your username potentially being under the public blacklist should you apply.

Non-Affiliation to Third-Partys

Brain Dead Fursuits as a company does not and will not attempt to involve themselves within controversial topics or debates, unless it is to decline service or turn away certain consumers or unaffiliated third parties due to any past opinions they may have shared that does not align with the values and morals of the company. Should the company be unaware of any opinions or rumors that a non-affiliated third party or consumer may have/be apart of, BDF does not hold responsibility or affiliation for the person's actions.
